| Banking Center Manager - Le Mars Individual will develop and implement proactive strategies and set goals to effectively manage the sales and customer service provided by the staff to attract and retain customer account relationships. Individual will also manage operations, retail personnel, maintain security, and ensure audit compliance at the banking center. Individual will take consumer loan applications and open new accounts as needed. Will establish commercial account relationships and produce referrals to commercial lending. The banking center manager's success will be measured on meeting or exceeding desired goals as set forth for the banking center in the areas of deposit accounts, loans, fee income and total profitability. |

| Personal Banker A Personal Banker spends time with their customers to get to know them and develop relationships with them and determine customer needs so the Banker can effectively sell appropriate products and services, including consumer lending and alternative investments, which would be of benefit to the customer. A Personal Banker takes care of the customer by handling their transactions accurately and quickly. A Personal Banker's job duties would include lending, new accounts and teller work. |
